This is our 2nd time staying at Ty Ceiniog. Its such a beautiful and peaceful cottage in a tranquil area of West Wales. A perfect home from home and we can guarantee we'll be here again in '24. Thank you Marie and Bob for another wonderful stay!

What a comfortable and clean cottage! Despite a rather mixed week weatherwise, we have had a lovely week. The cottage is so well situated and we visited some favourite places nearby such as Aberporth to Tresaith coastal path, Aberaeron, Newport Sands and Strumble Head. Thank you so much for the welcome pack and the extras for Bracken our dog. We will definitely look to return! Would recommend the Moody Cow in Aberaeron and Driftwood Cafe in Aberporth for dog friendly places to eat.

The garden was a peaceful, tranquil haven, lovely and relaxing. The hot tub was lovely, best we have been in - nice to chill and enjoy the surroundings. We have had quality family time all together - a perfect few days away. Thank you!

This is the 3rd or 4th visit to your fabulous cottages. This time we brought all the family. You gave us a really warm welcome once again. The cottages (we had both) were fabulous, so clean, and all the touches were really well thought through. We used the BBQ and it worked fabulously well. All told we had an amazing weekend. Thank you for ordering the sunshine! Perfect 10/10. See you for our next visit.

Ty Ceiniog:
This was our third stay here and we had another great week! The cottage was very comfortable and the outside eating area was lovely in the sun. We especially enjoyed popping down to New Quay at the end of each day as it is only a few minutes away. We look forward to staying here again.

Fantastic holiday yet again! Spotlessly clean, comfy, cosy with all the equipment you could ask for to make a perfect staycation - plus the sunshine this year! Peaceful and tranquil surroundings and a warm welcome from Marie and Bob. An excellent base to explore the coast and countryside in West Wales - a little slice of heaven. We'll be back hopefully next year!

We had a lovely time in Rainbow Cottage - thank you. We have been to the area many times so know it quite well. We visited Aberaeron, Tresaith and Aberporth. So much more we wanted to see but we ran out of time! Next time we’ll definitely stay longer!

The cottage has so many positives, it was perfect for our girls aged 5 and 1. The wooden cot was of excellent quality and so much better than the usual travel cots provided by some properties. Equally the highchair was of a high quality, and was spotlessly clean. The games and books provided were thoughtful and the girls enjoyed playing with/reading those. There was enough floor space for them to play too.

The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms themselves were clean, tidy, spacious and warm. Couldn’t ask for more!

The bathroom was again spotless, nice hot shower. Lovely white towels and plenty of them.

The kitchen was well equipped, we appreciated the children’s cutlery and plastic plates. It had plenty of cupboard space and we liked that the essentials were provided such as tea towels, hand wash, washing up liquid and kitchen roll. It was also handy to have the washing machine to wash the children’s clothes in as they spilt many an ice cream down themselves! Thank you for the Welsh cakes and eggs, it was a lovely extra.

Possibly our favourite feature - the hot tub! What a treat that was, the nicest hot tub I’ve been in. The garden area was lovely, like a secret garden through the trees.

All in all we all loved it, our eldest didn’t want to come home and neither did we! We made great memories that we’ll treasure. We will be back for sure.

Ty Ceiniog is a lovely cosy, clean and peaceful cottage with all the comforts you need. Great location to explore the beautiful surrounding coastlines. We visited Fishguard watched the sun set at Mwnt cove (stunning), walked from Penbryn to Tresaith about 1.5 mile along coast path (highly recommended). Stopped for lovely meail in the Ship Inn overlooking the bay. Also visited Llangranog, New Quay and Aberystwyth. Will definitely be in touch to come again. Thank you so much x

Lovely cottage. Very clean and homely. Has all you need. Could do with a teapot. The location is spot on for many coastal towns and villages. I am very impressed the way the dogs are catered for. Very comfortable. Would recommend to friends and may well be back next year if the dates suit. Marie and Bob very helpful and gave some really good information. Well done!

We were very impressed by how spotlessly clean the cottage was on our arrival and how well set up it is for dogs. Lanna, our labrador, loves her big comfy bed! We were also very pleased to find an easily accessible walk for Lanna. Lovely being near New Quay and were very fortunate to have gorgeous weather, despite the negative weather forecast! We had a most enjoyable short stay and plan to return again. Lanna says a big thank you for her treat on arrival. Thank you.

On arrival we were struck by how spotlessly clean the cottage was and how much care and attention had gone into equipping the accommodation with absolutely needed for our stay, ensuring this really was a home from home. We were grateful for our lovely welcome pack which provided us with many items including teabags, coffee, milk, Welsh cakes and eggs (a big thank you to the girls). Daisy says thank you for the treats and all the doggie accessories (towels, dishes and a big comfy bed). Lastly we’d like to mention the extremely detailed information pack which was referred to many times before and during our stay.
A massive thank you to Marie & Bob for a truly lovely holiday. Definitely recommended and 5 ⭐️ from us

What a peaceful haven we have found here - the garden and especially the hot tub! Excellent location - will hopefully be back. Really enjoyed our week. Comfortable, clean, well equipped cottage. Thanks for welcome provisions on arrival. Enjoyed visits to Stone Age Village, Aberystwyth harbour, saw several dolphins on boat trip, steam rail trip Aberystwyth to Devil's Bridge, loved seeing Red Kites fed & surprising gardens (Bwlch Y Geuffordd) - designed and created from scratch by lovely couple who've filled it with their own sculptures & quirky little tree houses and bridges - a must see!
